Talk to Us
Email is how we talk to readers: write to hello@evasionlevante.com. Each message is opened and read by one of the four of us. We usually reply within a few working days, a little longer around holidays.
Messages we like getting
- An error you noticed, or a rule, price format or term that has moved on since publication.
- A passage that left you puzzled and could use another explanation.
- A topic idea: a game, a betting term, a lottery format or a trend worth covering.
- A question on our data handling or usage terms.
A short message is perfectly fine. You do not need to explain who you are or why you are asking, and no question about odds, rules or terms is too basic for us.
For corrections, it helps a lot if you include the page address and, where possible, where you saw the newer information. Our corrections promise describes what happens next.
What we cannot help with
Being a magazine rather than an operator puts a few requests beyond our reach:
- Investigating, unlocking or closing a gambling account, or recovering a payment from an operator.
- Personal tips, picks or predictions for upcoming events.
- Legal or financial advice on your own circumstances.
Disputes with an operator are best raised with that operator first and then, if needed, with the regulator named on its licence.
Please keep it safe
Never send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or account login details by email. We have no reason to request them, so treat any email that does so in our name as fake.
If gambling is worrying you
Should your message be prompted by gambling that feels out of hand, reach out to a support service now rather than waiting on us. Most countries have free, confidential help that can respond far sooner than a small magazine. Our page on gambling safely covers the warning signs and first steps.
What happens to your message
Your address and words are used to reply and for nothing else; there is no mailing list to land on. The details are on our page about how we handle data.
To speed up a reply
Handy details for your message
- The web address of the page concerned
- The line, number or table you want us to look at
- For a correction, the rules page or notice that shows the newer version
- Whether we may mention your question, without your name, in a later article
Good to know
We explain games, not accounts
We are happy to unpack a rule, a price or a bonus condition. We cannot see inside any gambling account and will never ask for login or payment details.
When a message mentions money lost to gambling, our first reply will point you toward support services rather than toward another bet.
